Got an upgrade to a great room with awesome view on Whakarewarewa. However very thin windows so could hear everything from the swimming pool area.
Great block out curtains to sleep in in the morning :)

The staff were welcoming and efficient from the moment I arrived. Check in was easy and organised. Friendly staff at every encounter from front desk through to the restaurant. The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Love the chic bathrooms. It was quiet at night and the comfortable bed ensured a great sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place! It was an incredible experience. Staff were amazing especially Michelle! My daughter and I weren't quite sure what to expect but we had such a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic and the facilities, from hot jacuzzis looking out to the lake, to the beautiful rooms and dining room/restaurant. The view is amazing with gorgeous black swans swimming on the lake

This is a fantastic location. Very clean and our room was cleaned daily as well. Very tidy. The bed was a bit firm for my liking but was still a good bed to sleep in. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with anything we needed. The room was a great size. I really like that it had a great size kitchenette and all its ammenities. The room had a very new and updated feel. Large bathroom with a lovey shower over a bath too.
