Very pleased with their service. Arrived shortly after midday and was informed that the room is not ready (check-in time is the usual 3pm). We waited comfortably at the lounge and about 30 mins later, we were pleasantly surprised to be informed that our room was ready. Breakfast spread was great with a mix of local and continental options. A bonus would always the sight of Mt Fuji as you eat. The museum is definitely an interesting attraction.
