The Staff were very helpful and patient (especially with my father, who is old and always in a hurry) Thanks for fixing the TV Channel issue. I would like to thank Mikee, Hemang and Bijay for their exceptional service. I have stayed here a total of 3 times now, this is a good place for families on a budget. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

Everything, from location to amenities to property itself. The staff is very well trained and behaved. This is the most affordable and the best property in this budget range.

The environment was great for getting work done, and the amenities provided much-needed rest. Plus, it was budget-friendly, making it perfect for anyone balancing work and leisure on a budget. Highly recommend!

The best in the budget very good hotel

All the staff were really nice, the room was clean, the swimming pool was clean. We also received a public transport card from the hotel! The location is directly in front of the metro station. Behind the hotel there’s an excellent and budget friendly restaurant. There are many stores nearby that are accessible by walking too. We had a really great time.

Busy breakfast in Nomad restaurant. But a good choice of food options. The bedroom shape was a bit unconventional and the lighting and AC systems took a bit of getting used to. By far the best aspect of the stay was the service and hospitality in the Club Lounge on the 7th floor. Club Lounge Manager, Archie, delivered some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. He is a credit to the chain. The F&B offerings, although not the widest of ranges, was perfectly adequate for a 2 hours relaxed visit.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying with Marriott chain Hotels for some time now and as always, the Palm Jumeirah was no exception. The staff, very friendly always ready to lend a helping hand. The breakfast buffet had soo many selections and was fresh every day. Rooms are modernly furnished, spacious and very clean. The Bed and beddings very comfortable. The Hotel has a relaxing aura, it is beach front after all. Keep it up!
