Clean, quiet, beautiful terraces with grass, lots of space. The staff was very friendly. We have rented other accommodations in Tenerife 8 times, but this one was the best. I highly recommend it, even for a longer stay. I would gladly return there.

This place is such a gem. As soon as we arrived, the hosts Minhal and Tomas made us so welcome and comfortable. It was home from home. Even had a herb garden. And lovely outside terrace. The shower room actually has a power shower. The space is really big and naturally cool as it is on the ground floor. The main bedroom and bed are massive, with huge flitted wardrobes. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils Inc full size oven and a microwave. There is a huge fridge freezer as well. It's a great space if you like to cook. It felt like home. The pool area is very well kept with plenty of sunbeds. The coplex is very safe and secure with a mix of residential and rentals. A very friendly atmosphere at the pool area and throughout the complex. It's a short walk to the evening entertainment, bars and restaurants but very quiet at night. The beach is a 15 min walk, and a taxi is only €5. Yes, there is a hill, but it's more like a long slope. It is not big or steep. All in all, it was a great vacation. You will not dedisapointed. We stayed for 2 weeks. It was not enough. Minhal and Tomas are very kind, helpful, and welcoming people. It's been a pleasure to stay in their apartment. We will definitely be back.

I can definitely recommend these apartments to travellers. Especially Victoria, who was in contact with us from the moment we booked until our departure. We liked the Guest Guide, which provides comprehensive information about places to visit, beaches and shops. In addition to this information, Victoria responded quickly to our requests. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishes, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a washing machine, a large refrigerator, and towels for both the room and the beach. There is also a pleasant area with a swimming pool, everything is neat and clean. The location of the apartment is very convenient, close to all locations - beaches, shops, restaurants. I can recommend renting a car from Hermanns, which is a 15-minute walk from the apartment - the whole process took 10 minutes, the prices are affordable (30 euros per day for a Fiat 500), and there is full insurance without any deposits. In addition to cars, you can get around by bus, which runs very frequently and to various locations (route 40 goes to Tenerife South Airport, by the way, and costs €3.20 per passenger). We would also like to thank Roman, who met us and kept in touch with us throughout our holiday. For the first time in all our travels, our expectations were fully met, and the 9.6 rating from Booking is completely accurate. I wish Hermitage Homes SML a 10 rating in the future.
