Excellent stay in a nice and cozy atmosphere. Staff is very nice, location is also very good right in the heart of Candolim with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Beach is an easy seven minutes walk. The place is highly recommended.

I genuinely had one of the best experiences in India at this property. A special thanks goes out to Nitesh who helped us throughout the whole process to ensure the best trip possible for us. An unbelievable human being who is kind and will go the extra mile to make sure you get everything you need. I owe him a special thank you! The fern habitat is a clean, modern hotel!! There is an infinite pool and a bar on the roof with an amazing view of the palm trees and the ocean which is great for just vibing. The rooms are very clean and the staff is super friendly — they also have great veggie options. On the rooftop deck, there is also a fussball table and a pool table which is fun if you are up there with friends. I think they are also a step ahead when it comes to being environmentally friendly — they have a reusable glass water bottle refill station for all the residents as well as solar panels on the roof!!

What a fantastic hotel. Greatly exceeded our expectations. We struggled to choose accommodation in Goa - there are lots of options at varying price points. We are SO glad we chose the Holiday Inn. The rooms are just excellent, comparable with a 5 star hotel in a capital city. We were upgraded to a pool view room. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms big and the rooms are very quiet. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. The pool area is lovely. The gym is well appointed and air conditioned. The location is good - beaches & tourist sites in walking distance, and some lovely restaurants very close by. To top it off, every single staff member is exceptional. So helpful and kind, always a big smile! The staff helped us arrange some activities and were always available. When you consider the price point as well… great value for money. Strongly recommend!!!
