I'm rating it 10 not because it's perfect, but because it was fit for our purpose. We had half pension and enjoyed the dinner and the breakfast. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Yes, the rooms are old, but ours had everything we needed and everything worked. There's no parking at the hotel (and that we already knew when booking), but we used the public parking (walking distance from the hotel) that was suggested at 7 euros for 24 hours.

It was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was very exceptional and elaborate, especially considering the typical Italian style of breakfast one might expect. The shuttle service into town was also very pleasant, and the driver was very courteous. Anyone visiting Lerici should definitely try this hotel—it’s my clear recommendation.

The room was clean and modern and the beds were super comfy. We were greeted with free prosecco and snacks. The bathroom was a great size and the windows were excellently soundproofed, it was very quiet even though the hotel is in the heart of the city. The host was lovely and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable.

I had an amazing time in La Spezia/Cinque Terre. Specially because Elisa helped me so much. She was incredibly kind, gave me many tips (where to go, nice places, also for 5Terre), she was flexible with the check out and gave me chocolate when I arrived 😍. About the room, everything was perfect. Firstly, the amazing location, 3 min walking from the central station, 2 min walking to the city center where you can find many restaurants, shops, coffee places, pharmacies, supermarkets. The room itself was organized and super clean (both room and toilet), clean towels and bed sheets. I slept in a warm and comfortable bed, after a good shower with hot water. Also, at the reception, there was a coffee machine, in the room kettle for the tea. Really, everything I had everything i needed. I extremely recommend this hotel. When I come back I’ll book there again.

It’s location is in the middle of town right in the action but it has a lift to take you upstairs to your beautiful quiet air conditioned large apartment. Your host could not be better and will organise you a brilliant secure parking too, speak to him about it. The place is clean and fresh and has everything you want. Big shower clean modern facilities. Host will tell you all you need to know about the area and advise you too. Best value for money and all round set up for accommodation in La Spezia with a fantastic and friendly host. No better!
