Arrived late Sunday night, too late for room service, was offered lasagna to get us by. Felt like we were family being offered a meal! Arrive late Sunday night, luggage didn’t make it until Thursday morning. Would not have received luggage at all if it were not for the heroic efforts by GM Vito and his staff. They were fantastic!

One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional staff at Hesperia Hotel. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every member of the staff demonstrated a level of professionalism and warmth that is truly commendable. The customer service I received was not only efficient but also genuine, creating an atmosphere that felt more like a home away from home than a hotel. In addition to the excellent service and amenities, the Hesperia Hotel's location allowed me to explore the surrounding area effortlessly. The christmas market was a spectacle having never visited an Italian Christmas market before, and the Fritelle are a must.

We are staying here for the second time. A perfect place to stay at Lido di Jesolo. We had a huge balcony, quiet air conditioner, everyday cleaning, decent breakfast. If you are lucky, you can catch a parking lot by the hotel. The umbrella and 2 sunbeds are included into the offer. There's also a locker in the umbrellar for phones and wallets. You can get beach towels at the reception too. The hotel is close the pedestriant street with lots of restaurants, shops, other amusements at the same time it is very quiet at night. 2 minutes walk from the beach. Free wifi in the hotel and on the beach. That is a family run hotel and they are very helpful in making your stay in Jesolo an unforgettable event. No wonder they are highly rated on booking.com.

We were a big family and we booked 3 rooms in this hotel for 10 nights stay. The location is really great, right on the beach. The hotel itself was good. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They were so polite, and the service was excellent. The rooms were cleaned all the time, and the towels changed more than once per day. The breakfast was really nice and the quality was good. The pool was nice and clean and had a natural shadow from the trees, which was amazing. The hotel offers to use bikes for free, which was great to explore the place. The bar/ restaurant of the hotel was offering really good food and drinks, and the service was great.
