The house is modern, very attractively designed and laid out. Our room was light, spacious and very comfortable, with the added extra of the jacuzzi /hydromassage tub. The staff, including Inês the receptionist and the two ladies who prepared and served the excellent breakfast, were all very friendly and welcoming. Although the location was central, parking was easy and convenient.

Quinta da Terrincha is located on the upper Douro region. The 300-hectare property features an outdoor swimming pool and vast vineyards.

I had a mechanical failure on a trail while riding a ten thousand kilometre loop of Iberia on my motorbike. Looked at booking.com and this was the closest place. I rolled my bike down the hill and literally through the gate. I received a really lovely welcome and was delighted when I saw the property. It was perfect. immaculate. Great value and very welcoming.
