The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. Food was fantastic, staff were exceptional, overall the hotel is wonderful.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, the flat is newly renovated, very well equipped. Central location with a private assigned parking space just right at the flat. The host Andrea was very helpful and kind, we have had a great time.

The location was absolutely perfect! Easy to walk to the Christmas markets, grocery store, pedestrian area with shopping and shorter hiking trails. It was so comfortable and modern. Felix the apartment owner was also incredibly kind and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Werdenfelserei ligger i Garmisch-Partenkirchen, 6 minutters gang fra Museum Aschenbrenner, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og et fælles opholdsområde samt gratis privat parkering. An exceptionally friendly and warm team at the Hotel welcomed us and looked after us during our stay. The breakfast was equally exceptionally in terms of spread and quality of the food. We were positively surprised that a light lunch buffet was included in the booking which was great, too. The facilities were great and we loved that every room comes with a tap for fresh mountain water.

It might seem that I exaggerate, but we really had the time of our lives!! Thanks to the hotel, Simon, and the beautiful area. Me (27M) and my girlfriend(23F) could not have found a better place. We were well prepared (or so we thought) and knew exactly what to do, where and when, until we met Simon. He was super friendly and helped us refine our activities with secret local spots and choosing the right day for each activity. For my girlfriend and me this was perfect. (Even if you are not so well prepared Simon will point you towards all the gems exactly tailored to your wishes.) The appartment itself is super clean and recently renovated (while keeping the rustic alpine style). We loved the cozy wooden interior and the bed was very comfortable (including the pillows!!). I almost forgot the great view, see the photo. The location directly at the Fernpass road B179, was ideal for us. We had many things planned such as Zugspitze, Neuschwannstein, Drachensee, Partnachklamm, Breitachklamm and canyoning, which were all within 1h driving (many even much less). This was ideal for us and made a super action packed, beautiful vacation possible for us. Last but not least Simon made a custom mountainbike loop exactly to my wishes, which was one of the coolest (and hardest, cardio wise) experiences I have had in a while, completely for free. He has an amazing collection of bikes which you can borrow for free. With that I would like to conclude that I can only very much recommend staying here. Best wishes, R & E

Location was great, hosts were friendly. We loved the large upstairs apartment. The host did our laundry for a very reasonable price. I would love to come back in the winter to ski!
