Best Western Ferrat ligger i Temuco, 18 minutters gang fra German Becker Stadium. Dette overnatningssted med 3 stjerner har et fitnesscenter, en restaurant og en bar. Very clean and modern. Many good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We told the checkin staff that we were celebrating our anniversary. They recommended an excellent restaurant and made reservations for us. When we returned after dinner we found a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, and a lovely note.

Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. The location is fabulous, including a nice spa and lots of common areas, including a pool room and indoor (as well as outdoor) pool for rainy days. But most surprising for an hotel of this size is the quality of the food. After our first night, we did not bother to go out and drive after darkness and had our four dinners there, to our outmost pleasure (and many thanks to the Chef!). Also worth noting is the kindness and efficiency of the staff allover, with gold medal to the smiley and very efficient Josephine at the reception. We stayed 4 days and wish we would have stayed more, well informed for activities by the dedicated and enthusiast guides at the tourist desk in the lobby. Congratulations to all the team and beautiful Chili (offering fabulous sceneries) that deserves much more international tourists. Pucon is definitively the place to go for outdoor activities.

Don’t usually give Booking.com ‘straight ‘10’s’, but our host’s’ hospitality insured that my husband and I felt truly cosseted while enjoying this a-bit-above-our-average $$$ boutique hotel. Loved our deck, spacious room, ‘catered’ complete breakfast.

Nice hostel at very good location. Very nice and helpful hosts. We had twice a very early check-in and could also leave our baggage in storage. Breakfast was very good (with eggs, fresh fruit etc).

Clean and spacious rooms, i booked a double room and it was almost soundproof. Food was affordable and very good. Lots of beautifully kept common spaces, great cocktails, delicious breakfast, helpful staff.
