The gorgeous Guangzhou Langham Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Centre. The hotel staff was exceptional. Everything about the Langham hotel is always amazing. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are always out of this world. A special thank you to SPLA. On our 1st day of arrival, he helped us with a cab driver who had overcharged us, from the airport to the hotel. He was extremely attentive, and from that night, he went over and above the call of duty to make sure that we're comfortable and don't lack for anything. He made us feel at home. Him and his colleagues made sure to organize and keep our luggage because we had to travel to another province for 2 days.They kept it safe for us until we returned. Krystal the guest relations officer was also amazing. Almost every morning she would make sure we get to our correct destinations, translating for us. She would also make amazing recommendations for us, she speaks good English. She made us feel at home. Kervin, I think he's a supervisor or manager, was also so kind to us. Overall this is the reason why I always choose to stay at the Langham, when I'm in Guangzhou. Their hospitality never lacks. It's a good hotel, with amazing personnel that make you feel at home.

Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel completed an extensive renovation in 2022 through a design philosophy that follows contemporary aesthetics and community ambience. Really cannot complain . Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean, amenities replaced every day. Location attached to a mall and metro. Lots of restaurants. Easy to travel around by either metro or taxi (didi). Staff were perfect in friendliness, helpfulness and being accommodating
