We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)

Há acesso Wi-Fi gratuito em todas as áreas.... The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

Offering an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, 8 minutes' walk from Taikoo Li and IFS Shopping Mall, The St. Regis Chengdu is located in Chengdu. Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu has been awarded as Five-Star hotel by Forbes Travel Guide for a sixth consecutive year. The hotel is great with the service and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is ok too, there isn’t a shopping centre around, but it is close to the city centre. The concierge staff, September is amazing with her services and bring the service to the next level. It is definitely an asset to the hotel. No regret at all to stay at this hotel. I had dinner at Lixuan Chinese Restaurant, Stella who served us was great. I would like to recognise both September and Stella. Please pass my recognition to them and hopefully the hotel will show the appreciation to them.

Offering free Wi-Fi and wired internet access, InterContinental Chengdu Global Center provides a water park, 2 swimming pools and a fitness centre. Mingdu Park is a 15-minute walk away. Friendly staff. The manager Wang xiaoyan is super nice and helpful. My kids and me enjoyed our time stay in the hotel. Definitely visit again!

Altamente recomendado pelo Lonely Planet Guidebook, o Teddy Bear Hotel fica a 5 minutos a pé do Monte Emei Scenic Area. The room was clean and the facilities were all working well. What I liked most about this accomodation however was the staff, especially Andy. He is a very kind and knowledgeable man who will go out of his way to make sure you feel comfortable and prepared for whatever it is you want done. His information saved us, and he is an expert in what he does, pleasing and going beyond for his clients.

Standing on the shore of the Jinjiang River, Chengdu Xizang Hotel features a Tibetan theme with a hint of modern art decor. The luxurious property offers 4 dining options, a fitness centre and a spa. Welcoming, friendly and relaxed hotel. There was a great variety of choice at breakfast. Taxis were easily available at the entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
