Holiday Linnunlahti ligger ved søen Pyhäselkä i det nordlige Karelen og tilbyder lejligheder med egen forplejning, egen terrasse, sauna og hems. Joensuus centrum ligger 1 km derfra. Excellent location close to nature with the gorgeous Linnunlahti beach very close, but at the same time the city center is just a short bike ride away. Very good facilities (including a private sauna!) and friendly service. They rent out bicycles which is really nice for those without a car. It was a really good place to stay with kids.

Docent's Flat ligger i Joensuu med udsigt til en have. Her er gratis cykler, en have og et privat strandområde. Der er også gratis wi-fi. I really liked the apartment. It was clean. Also, the free parking space was a plus. The apartment had everything you might need while staying. I received a quick answer from the owners to all my questions. I recommend it.

Rantahuvila Virranniemi ligger ca. 16 km fra Viipuri Golf Course og har en terrasse, balkon og udsigt til søen. The facility was outstanding! Based on pictures, I was not sure about the place and the number of beds available. I invited some family to join us and was apprehensive about what it had to offer until we got there and I realized we had an absolutely wonderful place practically on the water. It had plenty of space for everyone and all the amenities were wonderful. It has a large sauna, three showers, a full kitchen, plenty of outdoor decking right down to the water and a row boat. We used all the facilities and had an absolutely wonderful time. It was so quiet and peaceful although it was close to a city. There was very little noise other than birds and some motor boats on the water.

Spahotel Casino is located on a private island on Lake Saimaa, 500 m from city center of Savonlinna and the 15th-century Olavinlinna Castle is 1.5 km away. The room we were given in was outstanding with an exquisite view over Lake Saimaa. This was the best view we had from a hotel in our trip through Scandinavia. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast had a large variety! The location of the hotel was perfect.

Hotel GreenStar Joensuu offers affordable, eco-friendly accommodation in Joensuu city centre, only 75 metres from the Carelicum Museum. Location near the marketplace and waterfront are perfect. There is a shared kitchenette on every floor with plenty of refrigerator room (microwave but no stove). The beds are more comfortable than most others we experienced.

This central Hotelli Lähde hotel is on the shore of Lake Saimaa. It provides sauna access. All rooms have free internet. The air-conditioned rooms at Hotelli Lähde include a TV, work desk and fridge. Værelses størrelse og muligheden for at sidde udenfor på altanen og nyde udsigten over vandet. Mange valgmuligheder på fjernsynet var absolut et plus også muligheden for at koble sin android op på tv'et og streame egne film. Skønt at være tæt på vandet og parken. Jeg fik desværre ikke prøvet spa afdelingen og/eller sauna, men det gør jeg næste gang.

Boutique Hotel Lähde ligger i Lappeenranta, 4 minutters gang fra Lappeenranta Havn, og har en have, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse samt privat parkering. Overnatningsstedet ligger ca. Delightful boutique hotel, we stayed in the old building. Fabulously located in the harbour. Room full of charm, beds truly comfortable and large. Breakfast one of the nicest we have had with lot of of choice. Morning sauna a good start for the day. Staff friendly and helpful.

Hostel Mansikka ligger i Taipalsaari i Sydfinland med Lappeenranta Havn indenfor 17 km og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi, en legeplads, et privat strandområde og gratis privat parkering. Room its a beautiful wood cabinet with microwave, freezer and kitchen amenities. Owner its a friendly person, always speaking us in a good manner. Pets are allowed. The landscape around the hostel is simply beautiful. Good place to take a rest. Good price

Yömyssy Apartments ligger i Kerimäki i Itä-Suomen med Savonlinna Togstation indenfor 19 km og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi, en legeplads, en have og gratis privat parkering. The cleanliness is commendible. There are sports equiptments to enjoy the outdoors. We did some badminton and dart.
