The hosts were just lovely, nothing was a problem & they were chatty & welcoming. The bed was really comfy & was a king size too which is a bonus as you don't usually find them in properties, it's usually a double.! The rooms were very spacious & had everything we needed & everything was lovely & clean. Breakfast was generous & really good. Location was spot on for what we needed.

It is outside of Granville but 4 minutes away by car. The city is beautiful and the property is in a quiet area. Horses nearby. We stayed on the top floor and although it was 30 degrees it was comfortable in the apartment (attic). There is a small kitchen, a couch chairs a dining table, a bed of course and it is very nicely decorated. The bathroom is spacious. Shower in the bath. Veronique is a great host. Breakfast typical french with fresh croissants, pain de chocolade and a bun with of course jam in two flavors. Coffee also good.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location near the beach. Small supermarket and bakery within 2 minutes walking distance. The host, Cécile, is very kind and had great tips for us! The kitchen is also nicely outfitted with everything you will need for cooking a meal. One thing to know is that there isn't a sofa - the common area is the kitchen, dining table, and TV. We knew this when booking and it wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but next time we would probably book another apartment on the property that has a more comfortable common area.

Facing the beachfront in Saint-Benoît-des-Ondes, La Grande Mare features an outdoor pool and a garden. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Room was very clean and breakfast was absolutely amazing

We rented the 2 bedroom house on the property that was AMAZING. The breakfast was delicious with all fresh baked pastries and the pool was also amazing. Wish I could have stayed longer. But will be back there for sure.
