Just 5 mins walk to the beach. Definitely better than the pictures. We were 4 people and the apartment was very comfy for us, clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again

The location is near to the center and it’s not noisy like in the main streets. You are 10 minute walk away from the beach. Parking on the side is totally fine and safe. Super clean room, comfy, spacious and very friendly owner and staff. I fully recommend it! 😊

Parking is hard in all Neos Marmars but here you get a better chance because it's in a flat area and wider. I love the fact that between us and the sea there's a soccer field. Good fridge. Rooftop amazing! The coffee is good. Take the paid one it's worth it

Everything was perfect we stayed in the family suite. We are family of four kids ages 11 and 18. The size of the room 2 separate bedrooms a small kitchen which you can do anything you want we just used for breakfast. It has coffee machine toaster small refrigerator. The most important thing is rooms are new and cleaning every day. And it is a great feeling when you come from a beach you enter into very clean and tidy room. A big thank you to Facility manager Aphrodite. She is an angel. She is there to help you to make your stay unforgettable. It is a great value for money. The location is also perfect, just 2 mins walking distance to a supermarket and bakeries. No parking problem you can find plenty of parking lots just around the hotel. I highly recommend to anyone wants to have non problematic wonderful stay

Superb location, on the second road right with respect to the beach, but still quiet at night. Annetta was a great host; she has many recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and other places around Sithonia. Close by, there is a free parking, which was convenient. Our apartment had a nice little balcony with a nice view.
