I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Hotel Zagreb. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The atmosphere and service were great. I was impressed by the quality of food offered in the hotel's restaurant, everything was so delicious. The wellness & spa zone was excellent too, especially the Turkish bath. I highly recommend this hotel!

We received a free room upgrade and the staff were all very friendly and accomodating. The room was very nice and had a great view.
