We had a truly amazing stay at Mövenpick Hotel BalaLand! Before arriving, I had seen some negative reviews, but in our experience, none of those were relevant at all. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, which made a big difference during the hot days. The family park was fantastic – perfect for kids and families to enjoy together. The swimming pool had warm water and was very well maintained, making it a pleasure to use even in the evening. The food was also a highlight. Every evening featured a different cuisine theme, and the variety and quality were impressive. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely recommend this hotel. We’re already thinking about coming back!

Family friendliness is very well developped all over the hotel. Employees that work in lounge and spa are amazing. Food is excellent and various, they have many food options for children. Toilets are spotless clean. Kids park in front of hotel is very big with plenty of options for all ages. Animator are a very nice touch.

The Houses of History is located on the shore of Belső-tó in Tihany, on a half hectare area, a 5-minutes walking distance from the city centre. Amazing Hotel, really nice room, great toiletries, etc. The breakfast is the best hotel buffet I had in a long time. But the best thing about this hotel is the atmosphere, the buildings are beautifully restored thatched dependencies of the monastery. Staying here is a no brainer if you pass by the Balaton lake area.

The owners are very kind and extremely friendly and warmly welcoming. Drinks, sweets, coffee, milk are freely available. The apartment is suitable for a few days' holiday, very clean and modern, with air conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can feel the attention and the work behind every single corner of the inside and of the outside. There is a garden with space reserved for guests and a parking in the property. Highly recommended.

It is quite spacy. We were 6 adults and it was still quite comfortable. Contact with owners excellent. Tihany is very calm and charming town. Perfect place to rest.
