We had a wonderful stay at Taj... especially at the Restaurants..Special mention to Roshni from the Thai restaurant who really took care of us and was very sweet. We ate at Culina 44 almost everyday and the staff there became like family - we would like to mention the following people who took good care of us and made us feel welcome and special, Pritesh, Sahil, Rafat, Ravi, Vahsy, Indrajeet, Amit, Hamza, the assitant managers Pankaj, Jagdish, Pravesh, chef Vishal, Sumit. Set on a sprawling 7 acres of landscaped gardens is the luxurious Trident Gurgaon with its 5 dining options, large courtyards, reflection pool and fountains. Hotel & facilities were exceptional. Staff were unbelievably attentive. Probably the best service I have experienced I especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool:)

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. It is a brand new hotel, less than 2 months old so the facilities are in great condition. The most impressive feature was the hospitality of the entire staff, from reception to restaurant and also the cleaning staff. Especially Mr Raman (the head chef) and Diwakar in the restaurant were very helpful. Mr Mukesh Choudhary, one of the owners as well talked to us and was very hospitable. We stayed for total of 4 nights and will happily return again.
