All hotel staffs were really kindless with all members from entrance to restaurant.Breakfast was quite good and tastefull.I could reach city center by short walking distance.Gym was donated with many kinds of professional and high quality equipments which may not possible to see on many other hotels. It is easy to feel general ambiance and comfort since entrance of hotel.It was really great experience for me.

The room was just amazingly furnished with lots of small things that just improve your staying, the restaurant is quite diverse with lots of option either for the buffet or the à la carte menu and the food is just delicious. The staff is very dedicated and attentive towards the client, overall I have to say that it has been hands down my best staying in Mumbai so far, and I'm there at least twice a year so I've seen all sorts of things; but I'm pretty sure I found my place.

The breakfast provided was lavish will multiple cuisines available. Most of the dishes were prepared as per order and others were also hot. The breakfast was capable of catering to all the tastes, Indian as well as Asian and European / American. The lunch buffet was wonderful too with varied selections. The Mangrove bar was also wonderful with very good selections of drinks and snacks. The rooms were very well equipped, extremely comfortable and neat and clean. As for any Taj facility, the staff was outstanding and there is no single individual to whom we can compliment. The location, while within Mumbai, was peaceful and quiet and we had a soothing view of mangroves from our room. The wellness facility is excellent too and spa treatment was excellent with reasonable charges.
