I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trident Hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The hotel boasts lovely, well-maintained gardens that create a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff, from the doorman to the housekeeping team, were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, with great attention to detail that truly enhanced our comfort. The beautiful gardens and pool area provided a lovely setting to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. I would like to give a special shout-out to Tina at the front desk and bartender Vivek, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warm hospitality and personalized service made a significant difference. We also attended the wonderful Christmas gala dinner on Christmas Eve, which featured a tasteful and delicious spread of both Indian and Western cuisine. It was a delightful culinary experience that added to the festive spirit of our stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Trident Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable getaway. When my mom suddenly fell sick at night, they were there instantly and provided all the help we needed, like arranging everything for the temple visit (Darshan) and more. Their help was a lifesaver. ​The rooms are fantastic too. They are very big and always clean, which is perfect for a family with kids.
