An epitome of grandeur, Taj City Centre New Town, Kolkata, is the Hallmark of Urban Hospitality. As soon as you enter, you’re engulfed with peace and calm. I was totally amazed by the attentiveness of the hotel staff! From pre-arrival where they ensured I had all information I needed to connect with my driver at the airport, to the reception I was given at the hotel where offering a warm memorable welcome was obviously important to them - just sensational. The room was absolutely comfortable with very nice bath products. The room service was efficient and the food delicious. I left very early the next morning but this experience has ensured that I will return again in under two weeks when I will be in Kolkata again.

Helpful and polite staff. Specially Mr. Praderp Singh at the reception. Smooth check in , no issues during hotel stay. Breakfast had all the food varieties 24 hour restaurant facility. Has shopping centre in the same compound. Has 2 lifts in the hotel, so no issue during peak hours. Very good free WiFi connectivity in the room. Overall Good experience and Highly recommend

My recent stay in Kolkata at the Raajkutir a british-indian establishment was nothing short of magical. I arrived expecting a comfortable, well-located hotel, and what I received was an experience that truly captured the spirit of the city reflecting the old days. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's warmth was palpable. Check-in was swift and efficient, and I was immediately struck by the beautiful, traditional decor that blended seamlessly with modern amenities. My room was upgraded in the Premium Suite which was spacious, impeccably clean and with a living room .The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail, and the amenities were premium selected. What truly set the property apart, however, was the exceptional service and the warmth of the people. Upon departure they gave us a memento from your trip which was unexpected and incredibly thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest celebrating a special occasion. The Raajkutir hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of its beautiful ambiance, excellent service, and thoughtful surprise made my stay in Kolkata unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly special experience in the heart of this vibrant city.

Set in Siliguri, 3.5 km from Bagdogra International Airport, Aurum by R J Resorts offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Everything is good we will vist soon when we come to North Bengal again.... And lastly thank you all the staff for your service....

We stayed at this property for five nights and it was a nice experience, it is located right in the heart of the city which made commute very convenient, park street is just a five minute cab ride away, property is quite insulated from outside noise which is important. Property comes with all amenities that one would need for a longer stay - kitchen, fridge, ironing facility, air conditioning, car parking, 24*7 security and laundry facility (on payment basis). It was clean and had bedspace for four people. Arun Malik is an excellent host, he was very responsive, we wanted some help regarding commute and shopping; he gave inputs which turned out really helpful. Will highly recommend this property.
