It was beautiful. Lovely views from the room. The staff was so so nice (and went out of their way when I left items at the hotel). Can walk to the cable car in champoluc to Crest. You can take many nice hikes directly from Champoluc. And it has parking!

Set in Champoluc, Aethos Monterosa is located halfway between Champoluc and Frachey ski lifts, both a 12-minute walk away. We stayed with our dog for one night during a multi-day hike, and it was by far the best hotel we stayed at in the area. The rooms are stunning, with two levels (duplex), and pets are welcome — for an extra fee, but they get a nice bed, bowls, and treats. The breakfast had an incredible array of buffet options, as well as some "a la carte" dishes which were incredible (I still remember the french toast in particular). More importantly, the staff is super helpful — we needed a taxi on our departure day to avoid an extra long hike, and since no taxis were available until the afternoon, they made an exception and drove us to our destination in their private shuttle car. We'll definitely be staying there again, and hopefully for more than just one day to make the most of the amazing spa, indoor swimming pool, and to try the indoor rock climbing center!

Location at the top of the cable car is great for skiing. The apartment is quiet, very comfortable and well furnished. Mountain restaurants nearby are open evenings, or you can use the cable car to return to Champoluc at certain times in the evening.

We arrived to hotel with my son very late. Due to avalanche road to Alagna was closed. Our host picked us 15 km prior, fixed transfer to hotel. Service was amazing and friendly during our stay-never ever seen before. Top!!

We were very impressed with this accommodation in every way. The property was very well designed and decorated creating a welcoming and homey atmosphere. It was also spotlessly clean and smelled great too. The beds were also comfortable and warm. Breakfast was full of various kinds of things, all in excellent quality. We did not try the spa but had a good tour and it looked good. The owner, Nicolletta and Federico were wonderful hosts. They had very good service mind and made the stay even more pleasant. Thank you☺️
