Caterina offered us a ground floor room as we had a baby, waited for us until 8pm, showed us the room and facilities and prepared us a very good breakfast the next morning. Suggested us good restaurants around the city. We were happy to see a young woman and her husband taking care of all this with meticulous patience and love for their work. Thanks !

The rooms were modern and very comfortable. The manager was extremely helpful especially with storage of bikes as we were cycling the Via Francigena.
