The staff were extremely friendly and the hot springs by the river were fantastic. The meals were by far the best japanese food I've ever had. Located in a beautiful town with lots of shops and a nice walking trail along the river. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a traditional onsen ryokan experience.

Offering views of the Sai River, Yuyaruru Saisai’s spacious Japanese-style rooms have an LCD TV and a private bath. The location is amazing, as well as the rooms that are very traditional with futon, kimono to wear and tea ready to be drunk. The position is fine, bus stops are nearby (5mins walk) and uber/taxi easy to find: if you are searching for authentic japanese experience this is the place! Last but not least, the onsen is a nice plus.

The onsen is a luxury to experience in front of the beautiful scenaries of the mountains and river. Walking out in the morning seeing chicken will melt your heart
