The entire facility is yours and in the morning, people from the community also gather in the facility and we even got to enjoy the loveliest breakfast of onigiri and miso soup together. The owner also provided a personal guide of places to see in the neighbourhood that was really insightful. I cannot stress how grateful we are to have been able to stay here and we are so thankful to the people who continue to work so hard at Guesthouse Kinari so that everyone can feel right at home at this space. We loved the in room outdoor onsen overlooking the lake and the massage chair was a nice touch. A very relaxing stay. The staff was very friendly and really tried to speak English to us. We had no communication barriers. Will definitely return and highly recommend this ryokan. Very memorable experience.
