The service staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist. The hotel also has a well - equipped fitness center, which is perfect for those who like to stay active during their travels.

I am so happy that I booked this place, it’s more like an apartment than a hotel and I felt really at home here. It was so peaceful, overlooking the mountains, with a huge balcony and really light and airy inside. It’s brand new, opened last year and everything is spotless and really well thought out, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. All the staff are wonderful and the breakfast every morning was like a cultural experience in itself. Staying here was the highlight of our trip to Luang Prabang. We also had our laundry done here and they rented us a moped for the whole stay at a very good price. It’s run by a hard working and honest family, and they are wonderful hosts and all around lovely people. I would book this place again in a heartbeat if I ever come back to Luang Prabang!

A real luxury resort in french colonial style. Holiday feeling pure. The luxury, cozy, very tastefully decorated room with all amenities you can expect from a luxury location, e.g. balcony with garden view, bath tub, safe, bathrobe, shower with big shower head and really hot water, fridge, water boiler for making tea or coffee, excellent WiFi. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a lot of choices.

Timeless elegance and breathtaking views of Mount Phousi—La Résidence Phou Vao is Luang Prabang’s most serene and storied royal retreat. Amazing service, excellent food and beautiful location. The staff made the effort to memorise our name and habits which we really appreciated!

We have stayed at Residence and Travel 4 or 5 times over about seven years and always enjoyed the location the grounds and in particular Tom the manager who is always available at the front desk and works very hard to give you a good stay.

Luangprabang Villa Kee Lee ligger i Luang Prabang, 3 minutters gang fra Wat Xiengthong. Her er en have og udsigt til floden. We stayed for six nights in total. They gave us a nice spacious room. All the rooms have their own space right outside for smoking or just hanging out outside without leaving the property. Koon and the others working at the property are super nice and would go out of their way to help you. Breakfast was very nice and Koon even helped us prepare it an hour before it usually started because we had to leave early on our last day.
