Tairua Shores Motel enjoys a harbourside location close to the Tairua Wharf, and it takes 2 minutes to drive to the town center or a 10-minute beach walk overlooking Mt Paku and Tairua Harbour. By far one of the best accomodations we have stayed at across NZ and also our other international travels. Spacious, modern, clean and welcoming. We loved everything, thank you for making our stay so perfect!

The cottage has charm, beautiful views and it’s in a very quiet location. The space is private with ample parking for a large car. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need, and Anna-Marie keeps the fridge stocked with all essential items, breakfast and snacks throughout the day. There was fresh eggs, bacon, cheese, jam, bread, croissants, smoked salmon, fruit, yogurt, cereal, all different kinds of beverages, cookies, etc. Anna-Marie also stopped by and delivered fresh produce and additional snacks! She was warm, welcoming, and very quick to respond to messages. The small kitchen has everything you need, including a portable HOB burner and an electric frying pan for cooking. Everything is stored in the kitchen cupboards. We loved having air conditioning as we were there during a heat wave. Finally, the best part of our stay was the hospitality of our hosts. I highly recommend this peaceful paradise!

Set on 1.5 acres of native landscape. The Church Accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Hahei Village and a 10-minute walk from Hahei Beach. Loved having our own outside space, a private deck. Comfortable bed, everything spotless. Had 3 rooms in our cottage, bedroom, living room and bathroom, plenty of space. Lovely atmosphere, everyone very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend The Church Accommodation.
