Incredibly beautiful, you can tell they take really good care of it, mountains in the background are unbelievable. Clearly built with the environment in mind. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to help us. One of our laptops was stolen in the airport, and Hector the manager helped us file a police report and Maria even accompanied us and waited with us and helped with translations. The chef is also incredibly creative and even made to order meals for us that weren’t on the menu. The breakfast is also expansive and delicious and the service especially from Charlie was impeccable. They even packed us a breakfast to go when we had a very early train to Machu Picchu. It got a little chilly at night but they lit the fire for us in our room which was more than enough. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Tambo del Inka, a luxury establishment located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, is the only hotel in Urubamba that has a private train station with connections to Machu Picchu. This was our second time to go to this hotel. I like so much the rooms, the huge common spaces and the wellness. The coffee machine in the room is a real extra. We traveld to Machu Picchu with the train (from the hotel’s train station) - it’s very comfy.

A blend of traditional architecture and contemporary interiors, this boutique hotel is framed by charming flowered gardens and an Andes Mountain backdrop. It is a 90-minute drive from downtown Cuzco. Melanie, Jesus and their adorable toddler Derian, were wonderful hosts and the property is unique with amazing artwork and wonderful outdoor and indoor areas. We had a triple room that was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. Derian was such a joy and loved playing with our 10 year old :) overall we really loved staying in Ollantaytambo

Aranwa is set on a sumptuous 17th century hacienda on the road to Machu Pichu. Luxurious facilities include a swimming pool, a spa featuring alternative medicine treatments and a museum. The comfortable beds , the jacuzzi in the room, we also enjoyed the jacuzzi outdoors and the bonfire.

The spa area is like a French château with beautiful rooms and doors. The scenery around the hotel is magic.
