The apartment was very clean and cozy. The staff was helpful and they shared so much information with us about Zlatibor mountain. We all truly enjoyed this visit.

We really enjoyed our stay It was really clean and the location was very central and convenient. Everybody at the hotel was very pleasant and accommodating, especially a young man at night who checked us in late that night, as well as a girl who works at the spa and assisted my husband. All facilities are great, and my absolute favourite is a Salt Room. A calm and dimly lit salt-filled room with soft music playing certainly presents itself as a setting ideal for meditation. It’s an environment where you could definitely calm your nervous system and reduce stress. We highly recommend this hotel and definitely planning to come back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. A 5-star hotel, A Hoteli - Grand&Sky Hotel Tornik offers luxury rooms and suites and a rich spa & wellness offer including 2 indoor swimming pools, a spa bath, a hammam, saunas and massages. Hotel has a very nice location. It is easy to find. You get a free parking space which is very important on Zlatibor( it is very crowded and finding a parking space is sometimes impossible) Staff is ver polite, very helpful and very professional. Check in went very smooth and quick. Our room was very modern, very well equipped. Modern bathrooms with glass walls. Very big room. You have a mini bar with everything that you need. There is also a tea and coffee maker in the room. Bed is very big and sooooooo comfy. We slept like babies. 360 Sky Restaurant is very very nice. Nice view. Very modern. Pool area is so nice, big and modern. We enjoyed swimming and jacuzzi. Salt room and various saunas are very nice and enjoyable. Breakfast was very rich with choices. Very tasty. Dinner was also very nice and tasty. So many food choices. We were very pleased and this hotel is for every recommendation. We will visit it again.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the main tourist spots. There is a 24-hour supermarket right in front. Though it’s in the city center, the room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and we had no trouble sleeping. Most importantly, the front desk staff helped us a lot when we had a problem. He was very kind, helpful, and caring. We regret that we were in a big hurry and didn’t get the chance to thank him properly. We didn’t speak the local language, so we would have felt so lost without his help. Thanks to him, the rest of our trip was easy and enjoyable.
