Customer service is really great. All staff was really friendly and they always make you feel comfortable. They answered all of our questions in the app really quickly. The staff received us with some drinks, Turkish coffee and tee. They also make tee and water available in your room. The breakfast is really good. It is turkish style and you have a lot of options to eat. The hotel room and the hotel are very clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that needs a place to stay in Bolu.

Again this resort is one of my must go hotels. This is my second stay and I am always amazed of how modern, clean and how the room is furnished with all needed tools that I couldn’t find in many other hotels. The surrounding area is breathtaking and has a unique landscape. Workers their are very welcoming, friendly, and highly hospitable and can communicate in Arabic fluently and they are always there to help at any point. There restaurant also has an amazing view to the valley with amazing wide variety of delicious dishes.
