Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

We liked the friendly staff and the location. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the birds. If we make it back to Pigeon Forge we'll definitely be staying here again!

The room was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. Relaxing is actively encouraged, including around the fireplace in the lobby.

Staff was excellent, the facility was clean and smells like apples all the time, what's not to like! There is an indoor pool which makes it great especially if there are children in your party. Give them a try! I left something in the closet and they were very helpful with me to get it back.

Great Smokies Inn - Cherokee ligger lige ved den naturskønne Blue Ridge Parkway, 1,6 km fra Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Every one of the staff is so nice, and I love the fact that they have good, fresh coffee in the lobby.
