The staff are so friendly and helpful. Hue in reception was so kind, communicated with us before we arrived, let us check in early and upgraded our room for no extra charge. She also arranged a lovely day cruise around Halong Bay for us with hotel pick up and drop off. Mike was also very friendly and helpful with meals, bags and any other requests. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was big and very delicious at a discounted price. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, cozy and well equipped with a small fridge, hair dryer, kettle, etc. The location is within walking distance to the beach, with beautiful flowers and murals along the way. The beach itself was a bit quiet since it was off season. Overall, best stay we had in our entire Vietnam trip.

Departing from Tuan Chau Marina, Peony Cruises designs jam-packed itineraries while cruising along the Ha Long - Lan Ha Bay. Our overnight cruise on the Peony Cruise was an absolutely perfect experience for our honeymoon. The staff was incredibly kind and caring, always going out of their way to make our trip special. We were delighted by all the romantic surprises the team arranged for us, which made the trip even more unforgettable. The meals were also delicious, especially the lunch and dinner on the first day, which we truly loved. We will always cherish the memories from this trip, and we hope to come back if we get the chance. We highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a wonderful and romantic getaway!

Mê Stay Cat Ba ligger i Cát Bà og har gratis cykler, have, et fælles opholdsområde og bar. Dette hotel med 5 stjerner har roomservice og en concierge-tjeneste. The staff are INCREDIBLE. So helpful and kind and welcoming. I fell sick while I was here and the 2 boys who manage the hotel were doing everything they could to ensure I was okay, from going to the pharmacy for me, to insisting they arrange food from outside the hotel to bring to me in my room so I didn’t have to venture outside in the cold. I actually wanted to extend my stay here but couldn’t as the hotel was booked out. They were very apologetic and soon transferring me to my new hotel they gave me a complimentary coffee for the drive. The rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The shower is hot. Everything is really in pristine condition. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located a short 15-20 minute walk from the main town, otherwise there are bicycles for hire or the staff are very prompt at arranging cabs. Loved every minute here.

Our stay with Essence hotel was really a very nice experience. Right from start, the receptionist Ha was very polite and helpful. One of our rooms had some issue and she made sure it was rectified immediately by assigning another room even before we arrived and updated us on a timely manner. Highly recommended for family stay.The rooms are very spacious with ample storage space to keep bags and is luxiourous. We didnt have to worry about anything including cab arrangements. Ha made sure that we are well taken care of. Thankyou Ha for making our experience with Halong a memorable one!

Windy Homestay ligger i Cát Bà, 2,8 km fra Tung Thu Beach, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, et fitnesscenter og en have samt gratis privat parkering. The owner was really nice and helpful. The room was in good condition and the value for money was great. I think the location is actually nice, as long as you can rent and ride a scooter yourself. It’s next to the buffalo hostel which is party focused so you can hear some music in the evenings but they usually turn it off at a reasonable time. Windy is a perfect place for travelers who still want to socialize at buffalo hostel but prefer a more comfortable, private room to sleep in!
