I had a lovely few days at this hotel and i will be returning! On arrival i was upgraded to double room on the 6th floor with balcony and beautiful views which was a very nice gesture. 2 ladies at the reception Christina & Silvia were extremely helpful and friendly and thanks to them I discovered a beautiful ski area in Ordino Arcalis just a short bus drive away. And what a fantastic skiing it was there…the best!

We liked the location, the treatment of the staff in evrey request ( especially grasiella). The resturant was great, the gym was good and a lot of space around the hotel. My son liked to sit in the bar . The brd was giant and the room was nice and wide. There was safety deposite and littel porch.

Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

    The hotel is in a really stunning location. It was nice to stay outside of Andorra la Vella, as the scenery in and around the hotel was excellent. One of us stayed in a suite, and this was such a beautiful room with views of the waterfall. The staff were so helpful and nice.

    I booked a bed in female dormitory for two nights. The hostel was at a very convenient place with good bus connections and bus stop just in front. Condola lift, to go uphill, was just next to the hostel as well. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Check in was easy. Places to eat, pharmacy, convenience store were just a stone through away. Bed was comfy and clean. I really enjoyed my stay there and would consider staying there again.

    Very comfortable and modern duplex apartment, perfectly situated in an unbeatable location. Effortlessly accessible, it's a 5-minute walk to the Pal cable car — even with your skis !! This apartment is in impeccable condition and comes fully equipped with all the amenities necessary for a memorable holiday. We will definitely come back.

    A great place to stay! Spacious rooms, safe lockers for your stuff, a bit chill but still nice atmosphere, good breakfast (the usual for a hostel but the mini croissants and the coffee were yummy), and excellent location right next to the gondola, around the corner from the supermarket and in front of the bus stop to/from Andorra La Vella
