The welcome was good, we were told about the restaurant which wasn't open, none of us recall being told you had to order breakfast before 18:30. It was Monday so the bar & restaurant were shut. Had these issues been made obvious on the Booking.com website then we would not have booked this hotel. On a positive note the rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable.
