We had a really nice time at Moon Retreat! Our experience was fantastic from the moment we booked the room. Their team messaged us right away, sharing which activities were available, food packages we could pre order, how to get there etc. When we arrived at the retreat, Arslan and Hasnat showed us the property and took us to our dome. They were extremely helpful. We ordered the burger pre-set, which was delicious. They provided us with all the ingredients to grill and prepare our burgers. Around 8pm there was an outdoor movie night as well as a telescope for stargazing. It was incredible to see the moon, jupiter and saturn so close. Our dome was very comfortable. Large bed, hot shower, and air conditioner. The private pool is heated and the temperature can be adjusted to the guest’s preference. We were afraid it would be too hot since it’s october, but there’s a cool mountain breeze at night which makes it perfect, very pleasant to spend time outside. Breakfast the next morning was great too. We really enjoyed their do-it-yourself concept and the privacy that comes with it.

This studio apartment exceeded all expectations and truly deserves a 5-star rating! From the moment we stepped in, it was clear that every detail had been carefully thought through. The space was spotless, impeccably clean, and organized to perfection. The apartment was fully stocked with everything one could need for a comfortable stay—extra blankets, pillows, and even a mattress for added convenience. It was a pleasant surprise to find thoughtful touches like a prayer mat, kandora, and a Quran, catering to spiritual needs with care and respect. The kitchen was equipped beyond the basics, with an air fryer, rice cooker, and all necessary cleaning supplies like soap, dishwashing detergent, and sponges. These little things made my stay feel just like home. On top of it all, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive, always quick to provide solutions to any questions or concerns. Their attentiveness added to the stress-free and enjoyable experience. It’s evident that the host put great effort into ensuring every guest feels taken care of. Great Amenities and Friendly Staff I loved the amenities provided in the room, from the complimentary snacks to the high-quality toiletries and WIFI speed. The fresh fruits was a nice touch, and having additional private fridge was very convenient. The Location was very convenient I was able to go to Dubai through Sahara mall walking distance. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were always available to answer questions and made me feel very welcome. The service truly made a difference!

To All Travels coming to UAE especially in the Sharjah area, I would like to let everyone know that this apartment is exceptional in all aspects from the location, cleanliness, comfort, facilities, price, and the list goes on and on. To top it all off, the Host was truly one of a kind. The Host made me feel so comfortable that I felt I was in my own home. The Host was extremely professional from start to finish and in between. I travel all over the world staying in Hotels and Apartments but really this Host and this property is one of my best experiences I have experienced. Do not hesitate and book this property if you are looking for a home away from home with the best Hospitality and superb location. I would rate this 5 start by far!!!!

    There is a very nice staff,very efficient and friendly!Very good management 👍Kamal at the reception was very helpful!Even made discount for my next stay.I have got stuck in hard storm situation.Haven't felt difficulties in accommodation. There is a transfer which takes you to the beach and you may get towel at reception, swimming pool area,restaurants and opposite site you may find shopping mall Sahara.Comfortable stay.

    Everything... part from the Pilipino Guy in the morning was on the phone .I said morning to him and he ignored me because he was on you tube or TikTok 😂. The young lad at night was excellent and cheerful. Morning guy wasn't bothered about anything. Food at night was great. Plenty of choice. Fairly priced. It was dark at night and when I left so can't say much about the location. 🫡 maybe next time on holiday will stay with you again JAI HIND 🫡

    the kitchen, the living area, the cleanliness of the area except for balcony because of the summer sands and birds pooping in there but all in all it was a great experience since i came all the way to Abu dhabi to arrange my sister's pets as she go for vacation, i had a great stay.
