The location is excellent, a 5-10 min walk to Garni Temple. It's huge, you have a whole apartment here, family sized kitchen with a fridge and cooker, room to sleep up to 5 people. Your own outdoor and indoor dinning area. Even as a solo traveller I appreciated the extra space. It's also feels really authentic for a lack of a better term. Old school decor, wooden floors, decorated columns. I appreciated that about it. The people who run it are also super friendly and communicate well with English. They were very concerned to make sure I wasn't cold so I ended up having such a comfy night's sleep with a tone of blankets and pillows. I can't stress enough how much cheaper this is (especially for what you get) than anywhere else I have been in Armenia. I paid 5600 per night and the only place I have found that is cheaper was a hostel (ie in a bunk in a shared room) that was 4400 a night. This is barely more expensive for a whole apartment. The best deal I got in the whole of Armenia, absolutely would recommend.

A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

    New and nice interior, very clean and clear! Everything is done with a taste. Room has air conditioning - so convenient in hot summer days. The location in the city is just fantastic - so near to the Garni temple, just a few steps. Also very near to the "Symphony of stones" wich is a famous sight in Garni too. Best hosts I've ever seen!!! Very nice people, so friendly and helpful in every aspect. Great stay. Just perfect! Highly recommend!!!

    Wow No words can describe this place From views, thru swimming pool, amazing food and host who is a soul of this place. I will definitely come back and stay longer to explore area more.

    We actually stayed at Lucy guesthouse as there was a problem with this property, so the owners sent us to an alternative place. But we loved it, thank you so much for everything, we love Garni very much 😊. We were able to buy fresh farm products including milk, eggs, cheese, and enjoyed many fruits from the garden.

    Garni Bread House is an excellent place to stay if You visit this part of Armenia. It is close to all interesting places which You want to see. Geghard is 12 km far away. Everything here is perfect. Everything. Very kind and supporting people & Clean room & Tasty breakfast & Nice restaurant (Aveluk salad is fantastic) and also the view from Your room and restaurant is amazing. Enjoy Your day and night here. You will be surprised.

    We had an incredible experience at this hotel; it felt like a home away from home. The host's unparalleled friendliness and kindness made our stay truly special. Being invited to dinner by the owner added a personal touch, and I've never felt more comfortable at any other place.     Where do we start listing all the positives, it's endless. The owner Sogho, fantastically supported by his sister Diane and mum, have exceeded every expectation. We booked for 1 night and ended up staying for 3. The accommodation is sparkless, the view breathtaking, the breakfast fingerlicking, the generosity overwhelming, the swimming pool inspirational, the location superb. We feel like we hit the jackpot.
