First and foremost. I have not ever been such a ski resort! - Staff. Amazing. We feel the service mentality every day an everybody. (based on the dedication of Lechner family) - Every detail of the hotel is for the guest (candels in the wellness, furnitures etc.) - Wellness area. Huge and comfy and panoramic "quite room". Panoramic (and huge) finish sauna - 3/4 board. Beside a perfect breakfast (with fresh orange juice every day!) and a delishios 5 course dinner there were dishes between 14-17 hours. (warm meal and snacks and sweets, desserts)

The property was spacious and immaculately clean. We had a late flight and didn’t arrive until 0100 but Helga was there to meet our party of 8 adults and kids and took the time to introduce herself to everyone individually. The kitchen was ideal for self catering with a good range of utensils and crockery. We also used the drying room which was incredibly useful. This Property is ideally located. The Kaltenbach gondola is a 5 minute walk. We had a fantastic skiing holiday and would highly recommend this wonderful place as a base.

    We were very happy with the friendliness and flexibility of our hosts. We had a great stay. The view was beautiful. There's a supermarket close by and restaurants in the village. In the summer there is also a lift in the village. Unfortunately we were too early but we got the tip from the hosts to go to the festival in Zell am Ziller. That was great. The bed rooms were good and the seat in the kitchen is perfect for playing board games with the family.

    Spacious apartment, very clean and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen (I specially appreciated the dishwasher), quiet location (we do not like the partying groups, we love to sleep at night), super friendly and kind owners, they had 6 weeks old puppies and showed them to our kids, amazing ski resort = overall flawless holiday. If we come back to Zillertal, we would love to stay here again!!! Highly recommended!
