We had the full offer so we had 3 times per day meals, 2 pools, Sauna, Steam room, SPA… all can be used anytime until 21:00. The staff were so nice. You have parking free for car. You can do hikes around the hotel. You have many lakes that you can go swim. And many more things… We loved!

Great hotel, everything is so nice and well though-through. Everything is brand new, it is modern but very cosy and traditional at the same time. I stayed in the suite which was a very big room. There are also 3 restaurants in the hotel, tried the Austrian and Japanese ones and they were very good. Breakfast is excellent, many options and good quality of food. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely amazing with children and still the parents can have a bit of luxury as well. Ski in & ski out location is ideal! On site ski school for small kids is a game changer and the ski instructors are so attentive. Abundance of activities and facilities for children. Lovwly (adults only) spa on the 3rd floor allows for a break from the child friendly rest of the hotel.

    We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated apartment, which was fully equipped with everything needed for our family of four. The location was perfect, situated right next to the slopes with plenty of opportunities for trips and hikes in the surrounding area, suitable even with a stroller. Highly recommended for families! We discovered, unfortunately upon leaving, that the host has an on-site distillery and offers tastings.

    Very good facilities, lovely food, friendly staff and well though out overall experience. We had an amazing few days in the hotel, and the staff catered to every one of our needs (incl food intolerance to gluten, diary products, and eggs).The only complaint that we had was the uncomfortable pillows, and at the end of our stay, we had severe neck pain. Other than that, everything was amazing and will definitely come back..

    Rich breakfast and splendid dinner. Good service and easy parking. Pets are welcome. We enjoyed staying in this hotel for one night after a long journey and wanted to stay a little bit longer, but to our regret the hotel was fully booked. And now we understand why. Johanneswarefall is a must see, just 5 min drive.

    The apartment itself appeared brand new, and the service provided by the host was beyond excellent. We were provided with detailed tips for hiking in the vicinity, including which skilifts and restaurants were open, and the approximate length of each hike. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Absolutely fabulous! The accommodation itself is wonderful - be it the facilities, the cleanliness, the comfort, the amenities with everything you can think of, the location, the wonderful views. On top of that, an incredibly kind and helpful owner. And dogs are more than welcome. I am really struggling to find the right words to express our satisfaction. One of the best accommodations I have ever booked through Booking.com. Thank you for everything, Valeria!

    Ski in ski out hotel. We had a pleasant feeling about the entire vacation: the staff was kind and helpful, the accommodation was clean and spacious, the hotel was quiet. I appreciate the fridge in the hallway filled with basic food and snacks that one can buy.

    This one-night stay on our way home from the sea was just amazing. We got the keycards from Monica as we arrived. Appartment had a bautiful view at the mountains. It was extremely clean, big (3 rooms), we did not miss anything at all! Fully equiped kitchen, TV in all rooms, WiFi available. Monica also advised us where to go for good food, where to buy what, trips etc. I can highly recommend this accomodation!
