The Host - Evelyn and Christian are very warm and welcoming. The view from the room is excellent. Very relaxing place. A very well managed cow farm and excellent guided tour by Christian. Looking forward for a stay again.

Very nice and friendly family M&M. Hospitality is beyond our expectations! Apartment was very clean, all renovated and new inside despite the fact it's a very old house. Fireplace inside - very cozy atmosphere. The fabulous view on mountains. It's near the Kaprun and Zell am See, so you can drive both places in 10 minutes. Special thanks for showing us a farm which is near by. Our children were excited. Thank you once again and will definitely come again next year!

Everything was great, all the staff of the hotel, all equipment and facilities of the hotel (e. g. spacious indoor parking place; ski room - which is really awesome, it's big and perfectly equipped; beautiful wellness and restaurant...). The food is really very delicious. The rooms are beautiful, sufficiently equipped and clean. The location of the hotel, on the hill, allows to have a beautiful view on the whole Kaprun. The kindness of all staff, their willingness to help, beautiful environment, delicious food, great equipment and facilities of the hotel, make the hotel a wonderful place to stay. I strongly recommend it.

    We recently stayed in these beautiful apartments and were thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness and full range of amenities provided a highly comfortable and convenient experience. The kitchen was superbly equipped. The views from the apartments were simply stunning, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. The owners were incredibly accommodating and responsive to our needs, enhancing our overall experience. We highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to returning!

    It was a wonderful stay in every respect. The service team and the hostess, as well as the accommodation with a view beyond imagination. I would come back to live again and would recommend this great option to all my friends and family. The cleanliness, safety, comfort and service are beyond imagination.     Just an amazing place to spend your holidays in. Quiet location but still close enough to the village center and the supermarkets to do your evening shopping. Clean, cozy, with beautiful view on the mountains right from your window and most importantly - absolutely wonderful owners. 10/10, I could not recommend this accomodation enough :)

    It is great option for value for money accommodation and its very clean. The host, Josefine, she is fantastic, we didn't expected hospitality like that. The location is very quit, maybe its 3-4 km away from Zell Am See/Kaprun area but anyway we are using our car during our stay in this area so it was fine. Highly recommended!
