This was easily one of the best ski apartments I have stayed at. Location was ideal-3 minutes walk to the gondola & bus stop to go to any of the ski locations. 2 minutes walk and you were at the street with the restaurants and shops. It was super comfy and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The sauna was a fantastic addition. They have ski storage, which is really handy. The staff were really nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back.

This was our second time here, we experienced what we expected. Nice rooms, excellent breakfast, super kind owner (who takes care of almost everything but the cleaning), good location, free privat parking, comfy bed, calm neighbourhood (which is not usual in the city center of Zell am See...).

    Fantastic accomodation, clean, close to everything (public transportation, grocery store etc.) , wonderful host - the list is long and could never stop. Everything was perfect, from the communication before our stay - to the very last second before we checked out. Super receptive, welcoming & flexible host that made us feel at home. We’re really recommending this accomodation and whould also come back at a later visit, probably for a longer stay!

    Everything was excellent in apartment #7, with a really nice view outside. We stayed for 5 days during my honeymoon vacation and the apartment have everything. I am really excited to get back again.

    I was there during a public holiday and the hotel was a bit empty, I met nobody for a whole day :) but room was clean, comfortable, and cosy. I liked it and I would stay again there. Staff super nice.

    One of the best accommodations we've ever been in. Super clean and modern. It's located at the very top of a hill over the Zell am See town so there were no disturbances, only thing you can hear is the rushing water down in the valley. Both check-in and check-out are without any reception. We really enjoyed the privacy in this regard. All around perfect base for our hiking trip. There are trails that can be started right from the apartment and there are many many more just short drive away. The private sauna is cherry on top.

    Very friendly place, facilities for skiers/snowboarders. The rooms and kitchen are very well equipped and clean. Spending some nice time at the gym and sauna is included in the price of your stay. Perfect for a holiday. I sincerely recommend it.

    A fantastic stay in this very high quality accommodation with great views over the golf course and mountains. The train to the ski lifts is a very short walk away and runs every half an hour. Use of the train is included in the cost of lift passes (if you are wearing your ski gear!)

    We really like everything about this accomodation. Everything was clean and apartmant is fully equiped with everything you need for your stay. Great location, beautiful view from the balcony, comfy and warm. If we ever decide to go to Kitz for ski vacation again, we will defintiley come back to this apartment.
