The property was spotless and spacious - checking in was a breeze, and Paul made it easy to get settled in quickly. The location was great, walking distance to the local cafe and shop, and a short drive to nearby restaurants, wineries, and central Hunter. The was no breakfast . Only five coffee pods were left for 9 people? A very small container of long life milk was left in the fridge .Why bother ? Pathetic.

    We have stayed here for the last couple of years, this year we noticed the sandstone cottages were a little run down. The bed linen needs a refresh,new doonas and pillows, the queen bedroom doona was all stained.

    We loved having our little fire pit and a quiet area. We were originally confused as to which tiny home it was as they were two. the one advertised in the picture here wasn’t prepared when we arrived so we went to the other one which was cleaned. We had a Perfect hot shower and a lovely heater that kept us warm all night. We are a tidy couple so we try to keep things neat whenever we stay out. Would book again.

    The cottage is perfect for outside living and the breakfast provided was amazing. The bottle of wine was also a very nice touch to make our stay special. The setting within the vines is beautiful and the cottage cute and cosy.

    Great place to stay with young family. Lots of farm animals around in big property and kids can go around feeding them. Staff are really friendly. All cottages are good size. Fun place to be with the group as well.

    The owners were absolutely lovely! Both kinda bad helpful for our stay. The ability to interact with the animals was better than we imagined. The accomodation was clean, nice and cozy in the cold weather. Overall would love to go back ASAP

    perfect accomodation for a wedding weekend away. this was our first time staying in a Tiny house and it didn’t disappoint! Kate was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. we weren’t sure about the details of the toilet before we arrived but we were very impressed to see that it was a full functioning toilet. thanks for the lovely stay!
