PhilippinesThe staff were fantastic. Booking in was a breeze. Staying just after Boxing day most of the town was closed down. We booked the Copper City hotel and they had a bar & restaurant open. The beer was cold, they had a happy hour and the staff were cordial and attentive. I had a special of the day and it didn't disappoint. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. The room was spacious, clean and had a good shower. The rooms are aging and the bed a little soft but had everything I required

We had stayed here in the previous week. Very quiet rooms, very little road noise given that it is almost on the highway. Very comfortable beds. Good access to internet. Given that the motel is undergoing renovations we were happy with the presentation of the accommodation. It is in easy walking distance of the shopping centre. Impeccably clean cabin, well laid out, private, light and airy, and more than comfortable amount of room for two. The laundry block was also tidy, and change readily available at reception for washers & dryers. Plentiful line space for those with the time to air dry. Offered the choice of staying in room without this or looking for another accomodation with refund for booking fee paid. We chose this option tried to inform the receptionist but had to leave a message on phone plus I called in to confirm we had found alternative accomodation and new receptionist said thank you it was fixed.
