Accommodation in Colac

The staff are always friendly. We were badly let down by other accommodation cancelling on us at short notice. However, we were able to pick up a room key at Colac, go to the football in Geelong and then drive back to Colac with minimal anxiety. The bed was comfortable, the hot water good and we were back on the road early next morning.

The hotel staff provided exceptional service during our stay. They proactively reached out to us before our arrival and maintained excellent communication to ensure that we had an enjoyable experience. When we encountered a vehicle issue, a member of the staff went above and beyond to assist us in fixing it, allowing us to make the most of our time and enjoy our visit. We are truly grateful for their outstanding service.

Clean, neat and tidy Place to stay. Right in town and could just walk around to different places, great location.

This hotel used to have crisp white sheets and felt very tidy. This trip it appears to be little tired. Still, a pleasant enough stay for one night while travelling through Colac.

Location was great, very clean and very comfortable bed at a great price! Overall the room was good. Check in was quick due to pre-booking and car parks are very generous and close to the rooms for baggage. Great for a short stay.

Such a clean and tidy space! Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean. Everything we needed was there. Loved the variety of channels on the TV as well. Plenty of space to park as well and a local Coles/IGA nearby. The reception lady gave us bottles of milk as well at the start of our stay, used it for my tea!

I found the gentleman in the office to be one of the most welcoming staff members compared with many others we encountered on our recent trip through Victoria. The room was very spacious and comfortable with the best bathroom of any motel we stayed at on our recent road trip.

Very clean and reburbished the staff were friendly and helpful plus guests have access to free laundry use if needed which we did. We loved our stay and highly recommend it to others who are looking for accommodation overnight in Colac 10 fold.
