Staff are the best Holiday Inn staff. Very helpful staff. If they cant fix your problem then it probably cant be fixed. Also its across the road from Dandenong plaza so banks , groceries, haircut whatever is only 50 metres away. Rooms are big also. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels in the bathroom. I'd also like to mention the exceptionally friendly staff. Disgusting, dirty and should probably be condemned. They should not rent any of the rooms out, it stinks, the carpets and walls are dirty. The sinks have brown gross build up and the shower is in a plastic cupboard. The hotel is not safe, there was people sleeping in cars in the car park.
