Abdul the owner is a really amazing guy. He went out of his way completely to make sure I was comfortable. He even took me to the airport at 6.30 in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is literally 5 mins away from the airport by car.

Communication with staff was excellent both prior to and upon arrival. The airport shuttle was exactly on time to meet me when I arrived, and the next morning we departed exactly on time for the airport. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water after my travels. The room was clean and comfortable.

    Because of its proximity to Charleroi Airport, this accommodation is ideal for an overnight stay before a journey. Our flat was at the building's entrance and faced the street, so it was noisier than the other flats. The bed is comfortable. The little kitchen has the essentials. Parking in the street. Restful sleep without luxury.

    The owner of the house was not friendly at all. I wanted to change the accommodation date 3 days before arriving at the facility. My request to stay at the house 3 times on different dates was rejected by the landlord. Jacuzzi was dirty and shower water was cold. The heaters did not work and the house was very cold. The sheets were torn and dirty. Without staying here for the night, I went to another hotel in the same city. I suggest you think twice before breaking this place.

    The appartement is super cute and cosy, well furnished and equipped. You have everything you need in the kitchen, towels and toiletries. It has great positioning as the metro is 3 min away. Half an hour or so by foot to the center or train station, not so bad if you stay out late (the metro closes at 19:30). We really enjoyed our stay, honestly would have liked to stay more just for the accommodation. I definitely recommend this place.

    I choose this accommodation thinking it will be easy to take a bus and then walk to the airport but it took me an hour to get there after getting off of the bus. The internet password never worked. Someone reviewed that it was the case with them too so If you need internet to find your way around the area this might affect your trip. The bathroom wasn't clean, I think they forgot to clean the place in between people staying. For value is an alright but not perfect.

    We slept at the hotel before an early flight and used their shuttle to go to the airport while leaving our car at the hotel during our holiday. Everything went smoothly, we were taken to the airport and collected without having to wait very long. The stay at the hotel made the early flight much less stressful. Everyone was friendly and helpfull.
