I loved the ground floor decoration as well as the decoration of the room. The bathroom was new, the shower very comfortable. The hotel is very super mega clean. The breakfast was amazing. The very secure parking very conveniently located as it was the hotel!

The hotel is located in easy walking distance of the main town square and popular activities, yet it is far enough away from the center to be very peaceful. The driving access and onsite parking are a big plus. The breakfast is one of the nicest we've experienced with cook-to-order eggs. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of events, museums, and restaurants.

Fantastic bnb that you can explore Ypres from by foot! Close to the bus station and main centre of town. Owners are very friendly and The entire premises was clean and well maintained. The room felt like a hotel and was incredibly comfortable. The host also offered plenty of information on what to see and do in town and how to get around. The breakfast spread was fantastic!

    It is centrally located in Ypres and is easily accessible. It is near the Cathedral and Park. Your a stones throw from the Cloth Hall, restaurants, Menin gate. You can walk around the ramparts which are around 3km and there are memorials along the way. The accommodation is faultless and every little detail is thought of. The owner is lovely and is a wealth of knowledge. They provide off road private parking if you require. The house is exceptionally clean and the beds are VERY comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

    Absolute gem. Clean, comfortable with everything you could possibly need for your stay including secure parking facilities. Close to the shops and town centre but away from the main road allowing a good night's sleep. We are frequent visitors to Ypres but this was the best accommodation so far.

    Katrien and her husband told us much about Ypres and its history, which is why we were there. They prepared a delicious breakfast for us. They reserved bicycles for us for the day. The accommodations are on a quiet side street in the center, an excellent location. The room, bed and shower were excellent. The property is exceptionally beautiful. Thank you.

    The lovely host kept in touch by text, met us at the apartment and showed us round. She made everything really easy and welcoming. The apartment is beautiful and the beds really comfortable and in such a good position right off the Grotemarket. The bedroom with the bunk beds is accessed via the main bedroom but with a proper door between the two so just be prepared if you are staying there with someone you don’t normally live in the same home with! Overall excellent accommodation and highly recommended!

    Fabulous house. Well equipped. Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The spa bath and sauna are a great bonus. Location is an easy walk from the Grote Market Square. We've visited Ypres a number of times and this is the best accommodation we've stayed in by some distance.
