My stay was truly fantastic. The rooms are spotless and feel brand new. The hotel is beautifully located right by the river, with custom-made furniture and a lovely breakfast area that gives it a unique charm. What really made the difference was the staff – the hotel is run by the owner along with family and friends, and you can feel the heart they put into everything. I felt genuinely welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast might not have a huge selection, but it has everything you need – and the quality is outstanding. Every bite was absolutely delicious!

The shower was great and there were enough towels for the whole stay, clean bed sheets and comfy bed. There was a good supply of tea and coffees in the room with refrigerator, good view of the animal farm and river.

    Friendly hostess. Beautiful garden and generally nice accommodation. The city of Maastricht is easy to reach by bus or bicycle. Buses come regularly. The bed is very comfortable. The surroundings are very beautiful and quiet.

    Sophie met us as arranged with the key, fully explaining everything we needed. What a wonderful property, from the excellent riverside location, the quality furnishings, the garden covered terrace where we had breakfast each day. Everything was there we expected and more besides, lots of little touches to show Sophie cares for guests. Excellent property we’d highly recommend as would certainly look to go back if staying around Maastricht. Location was ideal for the André Rieu concert we drove over for.

Our family rates it 10 out of 10, the location is excellent, the house is clean and comfortable, the owner listens to all the comments written in the reviews and corrects them. There is always feedback on any issues that arise. I think this is an ideal place for a family holiday

    We did a girls trip to Maastricht and found this beautiful house. It was equipped very well and is only a 15 min bus drive away from the city. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend house and the very friendly host :-)

    We had a superb stay in the hotel, which is located in very quiet surroundings. The hotel, lobby, restaurant and rooms are beautifully decorated and offer a relaxing atmosphere. I particularly loved the plants and glass roof in the restaurant, giving it a bit the feeling of a rainforest refuge. The rooms are very spacious.
