We loved everything. We came for the F1 weekend and this was the perfect place to have as a base for 4 nights. Easy access to the Francorchamps track and at the same time it's a quiet lovely village and the cottage is in a cul-de-sac and SO QUIET! The cottage had everything we needed, breakfast was yummy, water pressure is amazing in the shower, parking space right outside the front door, and the hosts couldn't be more hospitable and friendly. There is a heated swimming pool and a lovely garden even though we didn't have time to enjoy it, we did check it out and loved it. Highly recommended.

Very nice location in the downtown of Spa city. Close to our destination Terme de Spa. Plenty of choices for eating place in the vicinity (We came into Spa on December 31, the new year's eve, and most of restaurants were reserved. Anyway we managed to have dinner in the downtown .). The rooms are wide, clean and furnished simply but functionally. It was an impressive stay.

A beautiful house in a small village location , very pleasant and helpful owners . Very large ensuite room . It was very hot when we were there and we had a Lovely breakfast in the garden . Hoping to stay there again next time we are in the area .

My wife and I are very happy with this choice. We had the bigger of the rooms that are available at this premise. The room was private and comfortable. There was a big bed and a really nice bathroom with a two person hot tub. Attention has been paid to details when decorating the room so that the atmosphere was a good fit for our romantic weekend. There was a coffee machine in the room and also a fridge. We ordered the breakfast and were pleasantly surprised. All of this was well worth the price that was asked for.

    The peaceful, quiet area is relaxing. Surrounded by nature, and with a view on the beautiful forest hill. The host is friendly and always helpful. Access to the separate breakfast/living room (shared with other guests) downstairs the whole day, so it's more like a whole house you stay in, rather than just a room.

    The reception was very friendly, we were welcomed by the landlord at the parking space. Which was quite exceptional I think. Furthermore they were very friendly and helpful and took their time to explain everything. The room and bathroom were very clean and looked like new. Perfect! The breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The breakfast outside in the garden was very relaxing and enjoyable. Even on our departure we were waved goodbye by the owners. Really our stay was perfect... we go back... that's for sure!!!

    This our second stay here. We find it a delightful and quirky place. The various 'hobbit house' make it a special place. The staff speak good English and are very welcoming and helpful.
