What a great experience! I all fairness the location and the outside of the building made us fear for our stay a little. But what a gem of a hotel. Great communication before arrival, super friendly, well equipped and quiet room although we were in the front. And what a fabulous breakfast!! Well above and beyond our expectations!!

We only stayed one night but we loved this apartment. Communication from the hosts was great, instructions were clear and we had no problem finding it and getting into the property. We found a parking space right outside which was not difficult and parking was really cheap. There was milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived plus a choice of tea and coffee and a dolce gusto coffee machine. We didn't take advantage of it but the breakfast vouchers included are very generous and a really lovely touch. The apartment has air-con which worked great, the beds were comfy and the shower is really powerful and there was plenty of hot water. Am only a bit sad we didn't stay longer! Tournai is a lovely place and we found everyone to be exceptionally friendly.

Lovely large room within a house - decorated with style. The bed was large and very comfortable, the shower was large and modern. Breakfast was left outside the door at a set time and you wheel it in, then have it on a cosy corner of the room. The breakfast itself was delicious with eggs from the hens in the garden, alongside home-grown grapes & figs. The bathroom came with all the little extras you wouldn't think of - like toothpaste, cotton buds and a hairbrush. The owner of the house was very friendly and accommodating - we were here for a wedding so she suggested our check-out be delayed by an hour to allow us to rest, which was very thoughtful. It was extremely peaceful at night.

The host was amazing—met us personally, gave a lovely tour of the property, and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We were welcomed with fresh fruit, orange juice, and a bottle of wine in the fridge as a thoughtful gift for our anniversary. Communication was excellent, with very prompt responses to messages. The accommodation itself was beautifully decorated to a high standard and located in a great area. It was a perfect place to relax and celebrate. Highly recommended! Very modern stylish new and clean.

Very friendly host. Very clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Our bicycles could be parked in the secure hallway. In walking distance of the center. Very delicious fresh bread at breakfast. We didn’t miss the window. The room was fresh and cool during a warm summer day. After a day of cycling we felt very relaxed and zen.

Fabulous find. Jonathan our host was welcoming and accommodating. Offered breakfast at at time to suit. Each room is beautifully decorated in its own unique style. We chose the Victorian room which was immaculately clean and comfortable with an enormous bed. Jacuzzi was great after a long drive. Robes and slippers provided. Adjustable air conditioning and Netflix provided at no extra cost.

    Nico was a brilliant host- we arrived early and he let us keep our bikes in his garage until the room was ready. He has two rooms which are semi basement - quirky doesn't even cover it!!! The most unusual room I have ever stayed in- the room has a lot of ' artefacts' in it and as a poor sleeper I was amazed I had a great night's sleep.

    Basic room in central Tournai, good value for money. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower really powerful with plenty of hot water. Free parking outside is a plus too. Stayed in a different room to the one booked but the owner was really communicative and refunded me the difference in price of the rooms so it wasn't an issue. A good base for a short stay.

    Our host met us, although we were later than planned, we were shown around the accommodation (which was immaculate throughout). We were provided with some delicious Apple Juice. The car was securely parked behind a metal gate and the garden was delightful, very peaceful. Great location and a lovely village market on the Sunday Morning. Absolutely charming would be great for another visit and a longer stay. 20 mins to the excellent public transport network at Les Pres, Lille, with great parking.

    We had an extremely pleasant one-night stay. The owner was very friendly (both to us and our two dogs). The rooms are quirky and comfortable, and the accommodation is located in a nice neighbourhood just a short walk to the city centre. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Tournai!
