    They had a plaque on the front desk saying something about having the friendliest staff... and it's true!! Stayed here twice (July 10, Aug 6) and both times front staff were so kind and informative. The restaurant on site is great too -crab cakes bene is a MUST. Rooms are dated but have a gorgeous view of the bay.

    We stayed here for one night after coming in on the Inside Passage ferry, so arrived very late with other clients. We had breakfast at the hotel which was good. Our room was as we expected and had all the facilities we required.

    Best hotel in town, the rooms themselves never disappoint and beds/pillows are great. Food at the restaurant is decent, comfortable stay.

    This is a bare budget motel, and it has definitely seen. better days. having said that, it was clean and we knew this would be the case going in. There are limited places to stay in Port Hardy, and we had people we wanted to see.
